Delivery policy

• When confirmed your order within 48 hours we will deliver your door step
• In case of cancellation, call professor before 12 hours you must confirm
• In case of any delay, Professor will inform you in advance and reschedule the delivery
• In case you’re not present, the driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes
• If the order is under 250 riyals, delivery is not free (inside Doha 30 riyals and outside Doha 50 riyals)

Exchange and Refund Policy

• Exchange and refund of goods are available within 15 days from the date of delivery.
• All goods must be returned in original condition, unused
• Items bought at a discounted price will be refunded at the same cost.
• If item has manufacturing defect return is for free. Customers will be refunded the item price and delivery fee
• If a customer wants to return/exchange an item which does not have a manufacturing defect, only the item price will be refunded and deliver charge we will be deduct.
• All refunds will be made through the method of payment only.
• goods must be exchanged or returned only from the same branch in which the purchase was made.
• A return/replacement invoice will be issued to the customer.
